This page will serve as a frequently asked questions page to attempt to answer the questions we get the most often. We will continue to add to this as we get more questions and information to share.


Q. Which wireless network should we be connecting to?

A. We provide three networks to connect to, Internal, Public and Staff-Only. Internal is to be used for desktop computers that access our copiers. Staff-only is used for staff cellphones and laptops. Public Wi-fi is only available in the common areas like the gym and cafeteria.

Q. What should we do when we have IT related issues?

A. We always recommend to put in a ticket first. The ticket system informs both Kevin and Eric not only through our ticket system, but our email, so it will ensure you get the quickest service. If your computer is down feel free to call either Kevin or Eric for assistance.

Q. Where can we find information on classroom equipment?

A. You can find information on classroom equipment on the teacher links page. Documentation that pertains more to our maintenance will be found on the staff links page.
